How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel from Profile → Subscription → Manage Subscription or through the app store or payment provider used for your purchase. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified.

Cancelling prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility is determined by the Freepost Refund Policy and any applicable payment provider policies.
