* Maintain professional conduct.
3. Digital Product Requirements
Products must be:
* Original or properly licensed.
* Free from malware or malicious code.
* Fully functional.
* Ready for download after purchase where applicable.
4. Prohibited Listings
Sellers may not list:
* Copyright-infringing content
* Pirated software
* Fake licenses or activation keys
* Illegal goods or services
* Fraudulent investment schemes
* Harmful or deceptive software
5. Payments and Commission
* Freepost charges the applicable platform commission on successful sales.
* Seller payouts are processed according to the payout schedule after applicable verification and review.
* Taxes, transaction fees, or payment gateway charges may apply where applicable.
6. Refunds and Disputes
Sellers are expected to cooperate during dispute investigations. Failure to provide requested information may result in refunds to buyers or additional account actions.
7. Account Suspension
Seller accounts may be suspended or terminated for:
* Fraudulent activity
* Excessive customer complaints
* Policy violations
* Intellectual property infringement
* Repeated failure to deliver purchased products
8. Policy Changes
Freepost may revise this Seller Policy periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
